Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client care standards
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries using Chase digital tools
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for additional products like credit cards or investment services
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment while adhering to security protocols
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours in the New Orleans branch
• Educate clients on digital banking options to enhance their financial experience
• Comply with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering policies

• Support community engagement events in New Orleans to build local relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and banking software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the New Orleans location
