Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance the client experience at the branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries about JPMorgan Chase products
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for credit cards, loans, or investment services to bankers
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment to uphold JPMorgan Chase's professional standards
• Adhere to all security protocols, fraud prevention measures, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments responsibly, balancing teller drawers daily

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
