Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first philosophy
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic financial inquiries
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to bankers for products like loans, investments, and credit cards
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations and internal policies
• Support branch operations such as cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Availability to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software
• Must pass background check and comply with banking regulations
