Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Downingtown branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients in opening new accounts, applying for loans, and understanding JP Morgan Chase's suite of financial products
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for investment services, mortgages, or credit cards to specialized teams
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support daily operations and achieve sales goals
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app, to promote self-service options
  • Handle cash and secure branch assets responsibly while adhering to safety protocols
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JP Morgan Chase policies and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
