Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries using JPMorgan Chase systems
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for credit cards, loans, and investment products to partners
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies during client interactions
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
  • Support branch operations by organizing marketing materials and preparing for client events
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools to promote self-service options

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Ability to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
