Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, coordinate, and direct the daily operations of a unit of non-exempt underwriting associates, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity
  • Oversee high-limit underwriting processes, including risk evaluation, credit analysis, and decision-making for complex financial transactions
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on underwriting standards, compliance, and best practices in line with JP Morgan Chase policies
  • Monitor performance metrics, conduct quality reviews, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior underwriters, risk management teams, and global stakeholders to support high-value client deals
