Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Home Lending Advisors in preparing loan applications, documentation, and client communications to ensure smooth origination processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including underwriters and processors, to track loan progress and resolve issues promptly
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Support sales efforts by scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in JP Morgan Chase's systems
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and RESPA, in all lending activities
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to help the team meet sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote JP Morgan Chase home lending products tailored to client needs
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating client profiles in secure databases
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving customer satisfaction and origination efficiency
  • Assist in training new team members on JP Morgan Chase's home lending procedures and tools

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data management
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and comply with banking regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions
  • Availability to work in Cupertino, CA, with potential for hybrid schedule
