Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Home Lending Advisors in preparing loan applications, documentation, and client communications to ensure smooth origination processes
  • Coordinate with clients to gather necessary financial documents, verify information, and schedule appointments
  • Support sales efforts by maintaining accurate records of leads, applications, and follow-ups in JPMorgan Chase's systems
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to track loan progress and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Prepare reports and presentations on team performance metrics to aid in achieving sales targets
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JPMorgan Chase's home lending products, market trends, and lending regulations
  • Assist in organizing client events or seminars in the Palo Alto area to promote home lending services

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or financial services

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data entry and reporting
