Key Responsibilities

  • Assist home lending officers in preparing loan applications and documentation for mortgage originations
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in the San Diego branch
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of loan files and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support sales efforts by scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and tracking pipeline progress
  • Maintain accurate records in JPMorgan Chase's lending systems and generate reports for team performance
  • Collaborate with underwriters and processors to resolve any discrepancies in loan applications
  • Educate clients on home lending products, including conventional, FHA, and VA loans offered by Chase
  • Monitor market trends in the San Diego real estate sector to provide insights to the team
  • Ensure adherence to JPMorgan Chase's ethical standards and federal lending laws
  • Contribute to team goals by achieving service and sales targets in a high-volume environment

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of home lending processes and mortgage origination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
