Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure alignment with JP Morgan Chase's goals
  • Manage risk assessment and compliance efforts related to correspondent lending activities
  • Lead projects focused on business growth, including partnerships and new market expansions
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on business performance and recommendations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
