Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of personalized, omni-channel intelligence strategies for JP Morgan Chase's Home Lending products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and compliance to enhance customer experiences in mortgage origination and servicing
• Analyze customer data and market trends to drive product innovations that improve accessibility and personalization in home lending
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize features that align with JP Morgan's consumer banking goals and regulatory standards
• Conduct user research and testing to ensure products meet the needs of diverse home lending customers
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on KPIs such as conversion rates and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or home lending

• Strong understanding of omni-channel strategies and personalized customer experiences in banking
