Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of payment product strategies for the Hong Kong market, focusing on liquidity management solutions
  • Collaborate with global teams at JP Morgan Chase to align regional initiatives with enterprise-wide goals
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities in digital payments and cross-border transactions
  • Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle using agile practices
  • Engage with clients, including corporate treasurers and financial institutions, to gather requirements and drive product adoption
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal risk management standards
  • Partner with engineering, sales, and operations teams to deliver innovative payment solutions
  • Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, payments, or liquidity management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in developing and launching payment products in the Asia-Pacific region, particularly Hong Kong
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for payments in Hong Kong, including compliance with HKMA guidelines
  • Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership in a global banking environment
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese, with excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Technology
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
