Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to provide strategic HR advice on talent acquisition, development, and retention across the Americas ex-US region
  • Advise managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and compliance with local labor laws
  • Support organizational design initiatives, such as restructuring and workforce planning, to align with JP Morgan Chase's financial services goals
  • Facilitate HR programs including training, succession planning, and employee engagement surveys tailored to regional needs
  • Collaborate with global HR centers of excellence to implement policies and best practices in a culturally diverse environment
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to drive business decisions in the financial sector
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all HR activities
  • Contribute to talent mobility and development strategies for high-potential employees in Latin America
  • Handle escalations and provide coaching to managers on leadership and team dynamics
  • Participate in regional HR projects, such as digital transformation efforts impacting employee experience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR advisory or business partnering roles within a multinational financial services environment
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations in Latin American countries (ex-US Americas region)
  • Experience supporting HR initiatives in a fast-paced, regulated industry like banking or finance
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or equivalent is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master's) in HR Management or Organizational Development
  • Experience working in a global financial institution, preferably with exposure to JP Morgan Chase's operations
