Key Responsibilities

  • Handle HR inquiries and requests from German-speaking employees and managers via phone, email, and chat
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, transfers, terminations, and promotions
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Support payroll and benefits administration for German-speaking regions
  • Assist in compliance with local and EU HR regulations, including data privacy under GDPR
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Generate reports and analytics on HR metrics to support business decisions in the financial services sector
  • Contribute to process improvements in HR operations to enhance efficiency
  • Provide administrative support for talent acquisition and performance management processes
  • Escalate critical issues to senior HR staff while maintaining service level agreements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) at a native or C1 level
  • Proficiency in English as a second language
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or support roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes including employee data management and compliance
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or similar platforms
  • Eligibility to work in Poland without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a multinational financial services environment
  • Knowledge of GDPR and EU labor regulations
  • Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD or SHRM)
