Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to Commercial Banking leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive growth and performance
  • Partner with business units to identify talent needs, develop succession plans, and execute recruitment strategies for key roles in commercial lending and client advisory
