  • Deep knowledge of US employment laws, compliance standards, and financial industry regulations (e.g., SEC, FINRA)
  • Experience managing talent acquisition, development, and retention programs in high-stakes financial organizations
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HR metrics and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for regional business needs

  • Master's degree in HR Management or MBA
