Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute access provisioning for users across JP Morgan Chase's IAM systems, ensuring secure and efficient onboarding and offboarding
  • Monitor and enhance security measures for applications, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing controls to protect financial data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, compliance officers, and business units to align IAM practices with regulatory requirements
  • Perform regular audits and reviews of access rights to mitigate risks in line with financial industry standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, providing technical support to end-users and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes, contributing to knowledge sharing within the technology support team
  • Support the integration of new technologies and tools into existing IAM frameworks to improve operational efficiency
  • Analyze security incidents and recommend improvements to prevent future occurrences in a high-stakes banking environment
  • Participate in global projects to standardize IAM practices across JP Morgan Chase's international operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) or security administration
  • Proficiency in access provisioning tools and security protocols within financial services environments
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, SOX, and PCI-DSS
  • Experience with application operations and security administration in a large-scale enterprise setting
  • Ability to work in a global team environment, with flexibility for cross-time zone collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in IAM such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or CISSP
  • Experience with JP Morgan Chase's internal systems or similar banking IAM platforms
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices in technology support
  • Prior work in a financial institution handling sensitive data security
