Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives within the Investment Banking Technology Group
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for technology projects supporting IB operations in San Francisco
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology strategies with broader JP Morgan Chase business objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for trading, risk, and compliance systems
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory adherence
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across IB divisions, including front office, middle office, and technology teams
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization in technology delivery for investment banking
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as Dodd-Frank and SEC requirements
• Identify emerging technology trends relevant to financial services and recommend adoption strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business management, project management, or operations within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in managing technology teams or initiatives in investment banking environments
• Strong understanding of investment banking operations, including trading, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a corporate setting
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business initiatives
