Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of treasury products for new and existing clients transitioning to the JP Morgan Chase banking platform
  • Collaborate with clients to assess needs, define requirements, and develop customized implementation plans
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, product, technology, and compliance to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks, providing regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Facilitate client training sessions and ensure smooth go-live of treasury solutions
  • Identify and resolve implementation issues, escalating complex problems as needed
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation for future implementations
  • Maintain high standards of client service to support JP Morgan Chase's reputation in treasury services
  • Analyze post-implementation feedback to enhance product offerings and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial services, particularly in treasury management or client implementation
  • Strong understanding of banking platforms and treasury products such as cash management, payments, and liquidity solutions
  • Proven project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with JP Morgan Chase systems or similar large-scale banking platforms
