Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of payment solutions for middle-market clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, technical support, and compliance to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Conduct client needs assessments and develop customized implementation plans tailored to merchant services requirements
  • Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues to maintain high client satisfaction in JPMorgan Merchant Services
  • Facilitate training sessions for clients on new payment platforms and best practices
  • Ensure all implementations adhere to regulatory standards such as PCI-DSS and data security protocols
  • Provide post-implementation support and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement in service delivery
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align implementations with JPMorgan's broader financial services ecosystem
  • Track key performance metrics and report on project outcomes to senior management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in payments, merchant services, or financial implementations
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end client implementation projects in the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of payment processing systems, PCI compliance, and merchant acquiring regulations
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and implementations

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification
  • Experience working with middle-market clients in merchant services or fintech
