Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Equity Technology team in India, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of trading platforms and risk management systems

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, including traders, quants, and compliance teams, to deliver innovative solutions
  • Manage end-to-end program delivery using agile methodologies, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineers and analysts in Mumbai
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls for equity technology operations
