Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Infrastructure Funds Coverage Team in originating and executing financing solutions for infrastructure clients in APAC
  • Conduct financial analysis, including modeling cash flows, debt sizing, and risk assessments for infrastructure projects
  • Prepare pitch books, credit memos, and client presentations tailored to infrastructure fund needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in infrastructure funds, sponsors, and financial institutions across APAC
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes in the infrastructure sector
  • Assist in due diligence processes for potential deals, including site visits and data room reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as legal, compliance, and risk management to ensure seamless transaction execution
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities in emerging infrastructure markets
  • Provide support in portfolio management and ongoing client advisory for existing infrastructure relationships

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate banking, or infrastructure finance within the APAC region
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure sectors such as energy, transportation, and utilities
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience covering infrastructure funds or private equity in APAC
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong and broader APAC markets
  • CFA Level 1 or equivalent certification
