Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily intercompany liquidity flows across JPMorgan Chase's global entities to ensure efficient funding allocation
  • Optimize collateral usage and posting requirements to minimize costs and enhance balance sheet efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategies for liquidity forecasting and stress testing in alignment with firm-wide risk policies
  • Collaborate with treasury, risk management, and legal teams to drive strategic initiatives on funding optimization
  • Monitor regulatory compliance for intercompany transactions and report on key metrics to senior leadership
  • Analyze market conditions and internal funding needs to recommend hedging and liquidity buffer adjustments
  • Support the integration of new technologies for automated collateral management and reporting
  • Contribute to firm-wide projects aimed at improving treasury operations and capital efficiency
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on liquidity positions for internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with intercompany exposures and collateral movements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in treasury, liquidity management, or collateral operations within financial services
  • Strong understanding of intercompany transactions and regulatory requirements such as Basel III and Dodd-Frank
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using tools like Excel and SQL
  • Knowledge of global funding markets and collateral optimization strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with cross-functional teams
  • CFA, FRM, or equivalent certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA) in Finance or related discipline
  • Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) like Kyriba or FIS
