Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial sales, trading, or related roles within the capital markets
  • Strong understanding of interest rate products, including swaps, futures, and options
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with hedge funds or asset managers in interest rate markets
  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CFA
  • Prior internship or role at a major investment bank such as JP Morgan Chase
