Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic communications partner to the Head of Deposits 2.0, advising on messaging and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and execute internal communication plans to support Deposits 2.0 initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader Consumer Banking goals
  • Craft executive-level communications, including speeches, memos, and presentations for leadership town halls and board updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to disseminate key updates on consumer banking deposits strategies and performance
  • Manage executive correspondence and ensure timely, accurate responses to internal and external inquiries
  • Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, using feedback to refine strategies and improve engagement
  • Support crisis communications related to deposits products, maintaining brand integrity and regulatory compliance
  • Lead the creation of multimedia content, such as videos and newsletters, to enhance internal awareness of Deposits 2.0 innovations
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, Marketing, and Compliance, to integrate communications across the organization

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in internal and executive communications, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing communication strategies for senior leadership in a large organization
  • Strong understanding of consumer banking products and regulatory environment
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences
