Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies for Chase’s Commerce Enablement organization, with a primary focus on Payments
  • Create compelling content including newsletters, intranet updates, videos, and town halls to engage employees on key initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align communications with business objectives and foster a culture of transparency
  • Manage the internal communications calendar, ensuring timely delivery of messages related to payments innovations and commerce solutions
  • Monitor employee feedback and engagement metrics to refine communication approaches
  • Partner with HR, Marketing, and Technology teams to support change management during payments-related transformations
  • Ensure all communications comply with JP Morgan Chase's brand standards and regulatory requirements
  • Lead crisis communications efforts specific to the Commerce Enablement and Payments areas as needed
  • Analyze communication effectiveness using data analytics to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in internal communications, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing communication strategies for large organizations
  • Strong understanding of the payments and commerce enablement sectors in banking
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership
