Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Wealth Management team to develop engaging content tailored to financial advisors and internal stakeholders
  • Distribute communications via various channels, such as JP Morgan's internal portal, email blasts, and digital signage
  • Manage content calendars and timelines to align with key business initiatives in wealth management
  • Gather feedback from advisors on communication effectiveness and incorporate improvements
  • Ensure all materials comply with JP Morgan Chase's branding guidelines and financial regulatory standards
  • Support executive leadership by drafting speeches, talking points, and presentation materials for internal events
  • Monitor industry trends in wealth management to inform communication strategies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and compliance, to produce multimedia content
  • Analyze engagement metrics for distributed communications and report on performance to senior management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications, preferably in the financial services industry
