Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in fraud detection and prevention by monitoring suspicious activities and escalating as needed
  • Provide support for digital banking tools, guiding customers on app usage and online transactions
  • Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex issues related to international transfers and currency exchanges
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in compliance with JP Morgan Chase's data protection policies

Required Qualifications
