Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to daily banking activities for JP Morgan Chase's UK consumer clients
  • Assist customers with account management, transaction processing, and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations and JP Morgan Chase's internal policies during all interactions
  • Provide accurate information on products such as current accounts, savings, and digital banking tools
  • Collaborate with global teams to escalate complex issues and follow up on resolutions
  • Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction scores through empathetic and efficient service
  • Monitor and report on account activities to detect potential fraud or irregularities
  • Support the development of customer-centric processes to enhance the overall banking experience
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on banking trends and product changes
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the bank's systems for audit and quality purposes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or account management within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of banking products and daily banking operations
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Tagalog or other regional dialects are advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment with flexible shifts
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in international banking
  • Relevant certifications such as AML/KYC or customer service training

  • Experience supporting UK-based banking clients from an offshore location
