Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of client experience enhancement projects across JP Morgan's International Private Bank in Asia
  • Collaborate with relationship managers, product teams, and operations to ensure seamless client journeys from onboarding to ongoing advisory
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improving service delivery in Hong Kong and the broader Asia region
  • Develop and execute strategies to elevate the overall client experience, focusing on personalization and digital innovation
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, including senior executives and external partners, to align on project goals and deliverables
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs such as client satisfaction scores (NPS) and retention rates
  • Ensure all initiatives comply with JP Morgan's risk management and regulatory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement by piloting new tools and processes tailored to ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Prepare executive reports and presentations on client experience metrics and project outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in client experience, project management, or relationship management within private banking or wealth management
  • Proven track record in delivering client-centric initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals
  • Strong understanding of international private banking regulations and compliance standards in Hong Kong and Asia
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced financial services environment
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese, with excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience at a leading global financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
  • Knowledge of digital client platforms and CRM systems used in private banking
