Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with UHNW clients in the China market, providing tailored wealth management solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio within the International Private Bank
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including investment advisors, product specialists, and compliance officers to deliver comprehensive advisory services
  • Conduct in-depth client needs assessments and recommend investment strategies aligned with risk profiles and market conditions
  • Monitor portfolio performance and market trends, offering proactive advice on portfolio adjustments
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, anti-money laundering (AML) protocols, and JP Morgan's internal policies
  • Organize client events, seminars, and personalized meetings to enhance engagement and loyalty
  • Analyze economic and geopolitical factors impacting the China market to inform client strategies
  • Support junior team members in client servicing and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on client relationships and business performance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or client advisory roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in managing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, particularly in the China market
  • Strong understanding of cross-border wealth management regulations and compliance requirements in Hong Kong and mainland China
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent
  • Ability to travel frequently to mainland China and other key markets as needed
