Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Chinese ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, providing tailored wealth management solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Asia Private Bank, focusing on client acquisition and retention in Hong Kong and Greater China
• Advise clients on comprehensive investment strategies, including equities, fixed income, alternatives, and multi-asset portfolios
• Collaborate with JP Morgan's global teams to deliver cross-border banking, lending, and advisory services compliant with Chinese regulations
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and provide insights on geopolitical and economic trends affecting Chinese clients
• Lead client portfolio reviews, ensuring alignment with risk tolerance, goals, and JP Morgan's investment philosophy
• Mentor junior bankers and contribute to the team's growth in the International Private Bank
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including AML, KYC, and data privacy standards in Hong Kong and mainland China
• Participate in client events, seminars, and networking activities to enhance JP Morgan's brand presence among UHNWIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a focus on ultra-high-net-worth clients in Asia
• Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and portfolio growth within the Chinese market
• Deep knowledge of Chinese regulatory environment, cross-border wealth management, and international financial products
• Fluency in Mandarin and English; additional languages such as Cantonese are advantageous
• Hold relevant professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent in wealth management
• Strong understanding of global markets, investment strategies, and risk management principles

• Experience working with JP Morgan Chase or a leading global private bank in Hong Kong or Greater China
• Established network among Chinese ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices in Asia
• Prior leadership role in managing high-value client portfolios exceeding USD 100 million
• Familiarity with sustainable investing and ESG principles tailored to Asian markets
• Advanced expertise in digital wealth advisory tools and fintech integrations
