Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Chinese ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families in the Asia Private Bank
  • Provide tailored wealth management advice, including investment portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Chinese UHNW client segment in Hong Kong and Greater China
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment specialists, credit officers, and legal advisors, to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's policies, Hong Kong regulatory standards, and anti-money laundering requirements
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and market updates to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
  • Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address client needs related to market volatility and economic changes in China
  • Contribute to the growth of the International Private Bank by leveraging JP Morgan's global network and resources
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients, including KYC processes and customized wealth planning

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or client advisory roles, with a focus on ultra-high-net-worth individuals
  • Proven track record in managing relationships with Chinese clients in the Asia-Pacific region
  • Strong understanding of cross-border wealth management, including regulatory requirements in Hong Kong and Mainland China
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English; Cantonese proficiency is advantageous
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA, CFP, or HKSI licensing
