Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Chinese ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, providing tailored wealth management solutions
• Advise clients on investment strategies, including equities, fixed income, alternatives, and cross-border opportunities within the Asia Private Bank
• Collaborate with JP Morgan's global network to deliver integrated services such as lending, estate planning, and philanthropy advisory
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities among UHNW prospects in Hong Kong and Greater China
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare customized portfolio recommendations aligned with client risk profiles
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) regulations and JP Morgan's internal policies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including investment specialists and legal advisors, to support client needs
• Monitor market trends in China and Asia to provide proactive insights and adjust strategies accordingly
• Participate in client events, seminars, and networking activities to enhance JP Morgan's brand in the region
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to team goals for client acquisition and retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or client advisory roles, with a focus on ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs)
• Proven track record in managing relationships with Chinese clients, including deep knowledge of cross-border wealth management needs
• Hold relevant professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent in financial advisory
• Fluency in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is advantageous for Hong Kong-based operations
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and international financial markets
• Experience in JP Morgan Chase or similar global financial institutions is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in the Asia Pacific region, particularly with family offices or UHNWIs from China
• Knowledge of alternative investments, private equity, and offshore banking structures
• MBA from a top-tier institution or advanced training in wealth planning
• Existing network within the Chinese UHNW community in Hong Kong and Greater China
• Familiarity with JP Morgan's proprietary tools and platforms for client portfolio management
