  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Chinese UHNW community in Asia
  • Ensure compliance with Hong Kong regulatory requirements and J.P. Morgan's internal policies for cross-border advisory
  • Conduct client meetings, prepare investment proposals, and monitor portfolio performance
  • Support family succession planning, philanthropy, and multi-jurisdictional wealth transfer

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or client advisory roles focusing on high-net-worth individuals
  • Proven track record in serving ultra-high-net-worth clients in the Asia-Pacific region, particularly Chinese clientele
  • Strong understanding of international financial markets, cross-border wealth structuring, and regulatory environments in Hong Kong and Mainland China
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English; Cantonese proficiency is advantageous
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA, CFP, or HKSI licensing
  • Ability to travel frequently within Asia and internationally as needed
