Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Chinese ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, providing tailored wealth management solutions
• Advise clients on investment strategies, asset allocation, and portfolio diversification across global markets
• Collaborate with JP Morgan's cross-functional teams, including investment specialists and product experts, to deliver comprehensive advisory services
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Chinese UHNW segment in Asia
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in Hong Kong, China, and international jurisdictions
• Conduct in-depth client needs assessments and create customized financial plans incorporating estate planning, philanthropy, and risk management
• Monitor market trends and economic developments in China and Asia to provide proactive insights to clients
• Facilitate access to JP Morgan's exclusive investment opportunities, such as private equity and alternative assets
• Prepare and present detailed reports on client portfolios and performance metrics
• Contribute to the growth of JP Morgan's International Private Bank presence in the Asia region

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or client advisory roles serving high-net-worth individuals
• Proven track record in managing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients, particularly in the Chinese market
• Strong understanding of cross-border wealth management, including regulatory environments in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Asia-Pacific regions
• Fluency in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Cantonese is advantageous
• Relevant certifications such as CFA, CFP, or HKSI licensing
• Experience in JP Morgan Chase or similar global financial institutions is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Chinese family office structures and succession planning
• Prior experience in international private banking with a focus on Asia-Pacific UHNWIs
• Familiarity with JP Morgan's proprietary investment products and advisory platforms
• Network within the Chinese business community in Hong Kong and Greater China
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and portfolio analysis for complex family wealth
