  • Support the APAC business management team in developing and executing growth strategies for J.P. Morgan Private Bank's China Markets business
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify market opportunities and mitigate risks in Hong Kong and Mainland China
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with internal teams, clients, and regulators to ensure seamless operations
  • Drive business initiatives focused on expanding client acquisition and retention in the HNWI segment
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes impacting China markets
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance product offerings and operational efficiencies
  • Prepare executive reports, presentations, and business plans for APAC leadership
  • Ensure compliance with J.P. Morgan's global standards and local regulations in all business activities
  • Foster partnerships with onshore entities to facilitate cross-border wealth management services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business management, strategy, or operations within the financial services industry, preferably in private banking
  • Proven track record in managing cross-border initiatives in APAC markets, with specific exposure to China markets
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environments in Hong Kong and Mainland China, including compliance with HKMA and PBOC guidelines
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) for stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in project management and driving business growth in high-net-worth individual (HNWI) segments

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or International Business
  • Prior experience at a bulge-bracket investment bank or private bank in APAC
  • Knowledge of wealth management products tailored to Chinese clients, including offshore and onshore solutions
