Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients in Greece, providing tailored wealth management advice and solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the international private banking sector, leveraging JP Morgan's global resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including investment advisors, credit specialists, and product experts to deliver comprehensive financial strategies
• Conduct in-depth financial planning, including portfolio construction, risk assessment, and estate planning for clients
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes in Greece and Europe to ensure compliance and optimize client outcomes
• Drive revenue growth through proactive client engagement, upselling JP Morgan's suite of banking, lending, and investment products
• Prepare and present customized investment proposals and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to all JP Morgan policies, anti-money laundering regulations, and ethical standards in client interactions
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of private banking strategies in the Greek market
• Represent JP Morgan Chase at industry events, networking forums, and client seminars to enhance brand visibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or high-net-worth client advisory within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of managing and growing client portfolios in international markets, particularly in Europe
• In-depth knowledge of Greek financial regulations, tax laws, and investment products tailored to ultra-high-net-worth individuals
• Fluency in English and Greek, with strong proficiency in additional European languages preferred
• Series 7 or equivalent FINRA-equivalent certifications, or willingness to obtain them
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a focus on client-centric solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or CFA designation
• Experience working with JP Morgan Chase or a similar global financial institution
• Prior success in cross-border wealth management for clients in the Mediterranean region

• Network of established relationships with high-net-worth clients in Greece and surrounding areas
