  • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, including documentation and compliance checks
  • Resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior team members

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client service within private banking or wealth management
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services in the APAC region
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin or Cantonese are advantageous
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent
  • Experience with CRM systems and financial software used in banking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
