Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of data distribution components within the International Private Bank Platform Modernization program
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, operations, and business units to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage project risks, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget execution
  • Oversee the implementation of data distribution strategies, including integration with core banking systems
  • Conduct regular status reporting to senior leadership and escalate issues as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and JP Morgan's data security policies
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in project processes
  • Coordinate with global teams in Edinburgh and other locations to align on data governance standards
  • Monitor project metrics and KPIs to measure success in data distribution efficiency
  • Support post-implementation reviews and knowledge transfer to operations teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management within financial services, particularly in data operations or platform modernization
  • Proven track record of managing complex data distribution projects in a banking environment
  • Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and financial industry standards
  • Experience with agile and waterfall project methodologies
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team environment
