Key Responsibilities

  • Advise HNWIs and UHNWIs on tailored lending solutions, including mortgages, securities-based lending, and acquisition finance, to support their wealth management objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive credit assessments and risk analyses for international clients, ensuring compliance with JP Morgan Chase's risk management frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment advisors, compliance officers, and legal experts, to structure complex financing deals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with UK and international clients, identifying opportunities to expand lending portfolios
  • Monitor market trends, interest rate environments, and regulatory changes to provide proactive advice on lending strategies
  • Prepare detailed lending proposals, financial models, and presentations for client meetings and internal approvals
  • Ensure all lending activities adhere to UK regulatory standards, anti-money laundering (AML) protocols, and JP Morgan Chase's global policies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in private banking, lending advisory, or credit analysis within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in advising high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) on complex lending solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of international lending regulations, including UK FCA requirements and cross-border financing structures
  • Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, collateral valuation, and portfolio management in a private banking context
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent in lending and advisory services
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as French or German are advantageous for international client interactions
