Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with ultra-high-net-worth French clients, delivering personalized wealth management solutions
• Source and acquire new clients in the French market through networking, referrals, and targeted business development initiatives
• Advise clients on comprehensive investment strategies, including equities, fixed income, alternatives, and multi-asset portfolios
• Collaborate with JP Morgan's global product specialists to provide access to bespoke banking, lending, and advisory services
• Ensure compliance with French and EU regulatory requirements, including MiFID II and FATCA, while mitigating risks
• Lead a team of junior bankers and analysts to support client servicing and portfolio management
• Monitor market trends and economic developments in France and Europe to inform client strategies
• Prepare and deliver high-impact client presentations, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions
• Contribute to the International Private Bank's growth objectives by identifying opportunities in the French UHNW segment
• Foster cross-divisional partnerships within JP Morgan Chase to enhance client offerings, such as capital markets and advisory services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or high-net-worth individual advisory within the financial services industry
• Deep knowledge of the French financial market, regulatory environment, and cross-border wealth management solutions
• Proven track record of managing a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients with assets under management exceeding €50 million
• Fluency in French and English; additional European languages (e.g., German or Italian) advantageous
• Relevant certifications such as CFA, CFP, or French-specific qualifications like the AMF certification
• Strong understanding of international tax, estate planning, and investment strategies tailored to French clients
