Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients from the China market, providing tailored investment advice and solutions
• Conduct comprehensive financial planning, including asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management strategies
• Collaborate with J.P. Morgan's global investment teams to deliver customized investment opportunities in equities, fixed income, alternatives, and sustainable investments
• Monitor market trends in Greater China and APAC regions to identify investment opportunities and risks for client portfolios
• Prepare and present investment proposals, performance reports, and market outlooks to clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong SFC regulations and J.P. Morgan's internal policies for cross-border advisory services
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product specialists and compliance officers, to enhance client service delivery
• Contribute to business development by identifying new client opportunities within the China diaspora in Hong Kong
• Support client onboarding and KYC processes, ensuring seamless integration into J.P. Morgan Private Bank's ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment advisory, with a focus on high-net-worth clients in the China market
• Strong understanding of international financial markets, particularly Greater China equities, fixed income, and alternative investments
• Fluency in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is advantageous
• Relevant professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or Series 7 equivalent
• Proven track record in client relationship management and portfolio performance delivery
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Hong Kong and Mainland China for cross-border wealth management

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) from a top-tier institution
• Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) from China, including family offices
• Prior exposure to J.P. Morgan's investment products and platforms
• Proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment tools specific to APAC markets
