Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients in Central and Eastern Europe, delivering tailored investment advice and world-class service
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio, leveraging entrepreneurial initiatives and market insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at JP Morgan Chase to structure complex investment products, including equities, fixed income, alternatives, and multi-asset solutions
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and provide strategic recommendations on portfolio allocation, risk management, and performance optimization
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan's global standards, EU regulations, and local Luxembourg laws in all client interactions and advisory services
• Monitor regional economic trends in Central and Eastern Europe to anticipate client needs and mitigate risks
• Lead client presentations, due diligence processes, and investment committee discussions to support decision-making
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the International Private Bank strategy in the region
• Coordinate with global JP Morgan teams to offer seamless access to banking, lending, and advisory services
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including assets under management (AUM) growth and client satisfaction scores

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment advisory roles within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in client relationship management and portfolio growth in Central and Eastern Europe markets
• Strong understanding of international financial regulations, including EU directives and Luxembourg-specific compliance requirements
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language spoken in Central or Eastern Europe (e.g., German, Polish, or Russian)
• Relevant professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent
• Experience working in a global financial institution with a focus on high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at JP Morgan Chase or a similar tier-1 global bank
• Deep knowledge of emerging market dynamics in Central and Eastern Europe, including geopolitical and economic trends
• Master's degree in Finance or International Relations
• Experience in cross-border investment structuring and tax-efficient solutions
• Network of established relationships with institutional investors and family offices in the region
