Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients in Central and Eastern Europe, delivering tailored investment advice and world-class service
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio, leveraging entrepreneurial initiatives and market insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at JP Morgan Chase to structure complex investment products, including equities, fixed income, alternatives, and multi-asset solutions
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and provide strategic recommendations on portfolio allocation, risk management, and performance optimization

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment advisory roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and portfolio growth in Central and Eastern Europe markets
  • Strong understanding of international financial regulations, including EU directives and Luxembourg-specific compliance requirements
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language spoken in Central or Eastern Europe (e.g., German, Polish, or Russian)
