Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage high-potential prospects through targeted outreach and networking events

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized client introduction strategies
  • Conduct initial needs assessments and present tailored wealth management proposals
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new client opportunities in Luxembourg and surrounding regions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations during client interactions
  • Track and report on new client development metrics to senior management
  • Participate in market research to identify emerging trends in international wealth management
  • Foster relationships with referral sources such as advisors and family offices
  • Support the transition of new clients to dedicated relationship managers

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services sales
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship building within international markets
  • Strong understanding of Luxembourg's regulatory environment and EU financial regulations
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language (e.g., French or German)
  • Series 7 or equivalent financial licensing, or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed for client engagements
