Your primary focus will be on managing complex projects that address evolving ESG regulations, such as those from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and international frameworks like the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across compliance, investment advisory, and technology to develop robust processes for ESG due diligence, portfolio screening, and reporting. By identifying operational efficiencies and mitigating risks, you will play a key role in enhancing our Private Bank's reputation as a leader in sustainable wealth management, while supporting JP Morgan's broader sustainability goals in the Asia-Pacific region. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ESG regulatory projects for JP Morgan Chase's International Private Bank, ensuring compliance with evolving global standards
• Drive sustainable investing initiatives by developing and implementing compliance frameworks for private banking operations in Singapore
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, risk, and front-office stakeholders to align ESG strategies with business objectives
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to support sustainable finance goals
• Conduct gap analyses on current operations against ESG regulations and recommend enhancements to investment processes
• Facilitate training and awareness programs on ESG compliance for Private Bank teams
• Engage with external regulators and industry bodies to stay ahead of sustainable investing trends
• Oversee the integration of ESG factors into client advisory services and portfolio management
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver high-impact outcomes for JP Morgan's wealth management division
• Contribute to the development of firm-wide ESG policies tailored to the Asia-Pacific region

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management within financial services, with a focus on regulatory compliance or ESG initiatives
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in operations or private banking environments
• Deep knowledge of ESG regulations, sustainable investing frameworks, and global compliance standards such as EU SFDR or Singapore's MAS guidelines
• Experience in the private banking sector, particularly with high-net-worth clients and wealth management operations
• Strong understanding of risk management and operational controls in a banking context
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or ESG-related credentials (e.g., CFA ESG Investing Certificate)

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in sustainability or finance
• Prior experience at a global financial institution like JP Morgan Chase in Asia-Pacific operations
• Familiarity with sustainable finance products and impact investing strategies
• Experience managing regulatory change projects in an international private banking setting
• Proficiency in ESG data analytics and reporting tools
