Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, preferably in corporate training or onboarding within the financial services sector
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale orientation programs for diverse, international teams
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial industry, including compliance with UK FCA standards
  • Experience working in a global banking environment, with knowledge of cross-border team dynamics
