Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive orientation programs for new hires in the International Private Bank, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's global standards
• Collaborate with HR, compliance, and business leaders to integrate regulatory training and firm-wide policies into the onboarding experience
• Manage the end-to-end new hire experience, from pre-arrival logistics to post-orientation follow-up and feedback collection
• Oversee program logistics, including venue coordination in London or Edinburgh, virtual session facilitation, and resource allocation for international participants
• Develop and track key performance metrics for orientation effectiveness, such as retention rates and employee satisfaction scores
• Foster a welcoming culture by incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion elements into program content
• Partner with technology teams to leverage JP Morgan's internal platforms for interactive learning modules and simulations
• Conduct regular audits and updates to the program to reflect evolving business needs and industry regulations
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for employee onboarding in a high-stakes financial environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, preferably in corporate training or onboarding within the financial services sector
• Proven track record of managing large-scale orientation programs for diverse, international teams
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial industry, including compliance with UK FCA standards
• Experience working in a global banking environment, with knowledge of cross-border team dynamics
• Excellent project management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) and proficiency in stakeholder engagement

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in Organizational Development or a related discipline
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
