Key Responsibilities

• Lead the acquisition of new ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients in the Brussels region and surrounding international markets, leveraging JPMorgan Private Bank's global network
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing UHNW clients, providing tailored wealth management solutions to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments, recommending bespoke investment strategies, estate planning, and liquidity management services
• Collaborate with JPMorgan's investment specialists, tax advisors, and legal teams to deliver holistic advisory services compliant with Belgian and EU regulations
• Drive business development initiatives, including networking events, referrals, and partnerships to expand the client base in the private banking segment
• Monitor client portfolios for performance, risk, and opportunities, ensuring alignment with JPMorgan's high standards of fiduciary responsibility
• Mentor junior bankers and contribute to team development within the International Private Bank division
• Stay abreast of market trends, geopolitical factors, and regulatory changes impacting UHNW clients, providing proactive insights
• Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to JPMorgan Chase's ethical standards, anti-money laundering policies, and data privacy requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or high-net-worth client advisory within a top-tier financial institution
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, with a focus on international markets
• Deep knowledge of investment products, wealth planning, and regulatory requirements in the European financial sector, including Belgian and EU regulations
• Fluency in English and French (Dutch a plus), with excellent communication skills for client interactions in a multilingual environment
• Series 7 or equivalent licensing, or willingness to obtain relevant certifications for private banking in Belgium

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with UHNW clients in cross-border wealth management, particularly in Europe and emerging markets
• CFA, CFP, or similar professional certification in finance or wealth management
• Prior leadership role in a private banking team, with demonstrated success in client portfolio growth
• Familiarity with sustainable investing and ESG principles, aligning with JPMorgan Chase's commitment to responsible finance
