Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients in Poland, delivering personalized wealth management solutions
• Lead acquisition efforts for new clients through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing in the international private banking space
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and portfolio growth
• Collaborate with J.P. Morgan's global teams to provide comprehensive advice on investments, lending, and estate planning
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and risk assessments tailored to client needs
• Ensure compliance with Luxembourg and EU regulatory standards in all client interactions
• Monitor market trends and economic developments in Poland and Europe to advise clients proactively
• Coordinate with internal specialists for customized solutions in areas like alternative investments and philanthropy
• Prepare and present investment proposals and performance reports to clients
• Contribute to business development initiatives to expand J.P. Morgan's presence in the Polish market

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or high-net-worth client advisory within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in client acquisition and retention, particularly with international high-net-worth individuals
• In-depth knowledge of investment products, wealth planning, and regulatory requirements in the EU financial sector
• Fluency in English and Polish; additional European languages are advantageous
• Relevant certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent in wealth management
• Strong understanding of Luxembourg's financial regulations and cross-border banking practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with J.P. Morgan or a similar global investment bank
• Master's degree in Finance or an MBA from a recognized institution
• Previous role in international private banking focusing on Central and Eastern European markets
