Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients in the French market, providing tailored wealth management solutions
• Conduct comprehensive financial planning, including investment strategy, estate planning, and tax optimization aligned with French regulations
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the French private banking segment, meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Collaborate with JP Morgan's global teams to deliver integrated banking, lending, and investment services
• Monitor portfolio performance and market trends, offering proactive advice to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all applicable French and EU financial regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and KYC protocols
• Participate in client events, seminars, and networking activities to enhance JP Morgan's brand presence in Paris
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on client portfolios and market insights for senior management
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development within the International Private Bank France team
• Stay abreast of geopolitical and economic developments affecting the French and European markets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory services
• Fluency in French and English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• Relevant certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent in financial services
• In-depth knowledge of French financial regulations, tax laws, and investment products
• Proven track record in client relationship management within the high-net-worth individual (HNWI) segment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with a focus on the European market

• Advanced degree (MBA) in Finance or related discipline
